iCare Financial: https://www.icarefinancialcorp.com/veterinary-financing-program. Please work with your vet to apply online. Immediate funding for your pet with no credit check. Payment plan for veterinary bills. Your vet and/or clinic that your animal is being treated at must apply on your behalf.

MyPetChild Pet Financial Aid Program is offering one-time financial grants (up to $200 USD) to individual pet owners who are experiencing financial hardship. These grants can be applied to the cost of veterinary treatment (non-routine and non-emergency only).

The Pet Fund: thepetfund.com 916-443-6007 Provides assistance with veterinary care. All applicants are required to contact The Pet Fund by phone before applying for funding. They are not equipped to handle requests for emergency care.
Frankie’s Friends: frankiesfriends.org 888-465-1921 Has a general fund for assistance with veterinary costs, as well as several different funds for more particular circumstances – Hope Funds for discounted services at select Blue Pearl Animal Emergency Hospitals, JLACF fund for cancer treatment, and Bond’s fund for eye care.
Pet Assistance, Inc.: petassistanceinc.org Financial assistance for vet medical needs. This organization will not cover services at a “chain” hospital (or corporate owned hospital) or emergency situations. Rose’s Funds for Animals: rosesfund.com Provides assistance with veterinary care.

Live Like Roo (cancer- specific): https://www.livelikeroo.org provides financial assistance to help cover costs related to cancer treatment. To be eligible, a pet must have a confirmed cancer diagnosis.

STARelief and Pet Assistance: http://starelief.org/our-programs Provides life-saving pet food and veterinary care, emergency boarding and foster care to pets whose caretakers are struggling with financial hardship.
Onyx and Breezy Foundation: onyxandbreezy.org/grant-application.html Provides funding to support individuals facing medical hardship, dogs of veterans suffering from PTSD, food, medicine, supplies, and more. Requires approval/denial proof of Care Credit.

Humane Society of Tacoma and Pierce County: http://www.thehumanesociety.org. Provide veterinary financial assistance for low-income Pierce County and Federal Way residents. This fund is made possible by a grant from a private family foundation. Proof of income is required and applications are available in-person at the Humane Society.
Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine Good Samaritan Fund: vth.vetmed.wsu.edu/good-samaritan/apply-for-funding Program that provides financial support by treating animals at WSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
Paws 4 A Cure: paws4acure.org A one-time grant for veterinary care up to $500. Requires applicants to apply for multiple grants/assistance.

Pets of the Homeless: petsofthehomeless.org A list of resources for displaced families with pets.
Hearts United for Animals: https://www.hua.org/emergency-medical-form. Provides low cost spay/neuter, can assist with veterinary expenses, and provide temporary housing for animals fleeing domestic violence. Helps with rehoming and may be able to take pets who can not be placed due to medical or behavioral issues. Must have been denied for Care Credit prior to applying.

Four Paws Lifeline (Tulalip, WA): http:/ /www.fourpawslifeline.org. Financial assistance to pet owners for emergency vet care. Funds are limited and they may only be able to contribute a portion of what is needed.
Concern for Animals (Lewis, Mason, and Thurston counties): http://www.concernforanimals.org/. 360-456-8176 (Apply by Phone). Provides financial assistance for spay/neuter and emergency vet care.
Help a Pet: https://www.help-a-pet.org/apply.html. Provides financial assistance for low income pet owners who are unable to afford the cost of veterinary services, medicine, or medical supplies. Due to limited funding financial assistance can only be provided once per pet.
